§1 All prices are in USD, but you can choose pay in Swiss Franc and Euro at the payment-page.

§2 The "personal edition" of our eBooks may not be copied or shared (e.g. via shared drive). You are granted the right to copy it to an backup device, but this backup device (e.g. CD-ROM) may not be used by others to read the eBook.
The intelectual property (IP) remains with Mercury Consulting Ltd.

§3 The "corporate edition" grants you the right to copy and distribute the eBook within your corporation.

§4 For digitally delivered products there exists no right of return, but if you let us know why you are not satisfied (what is missing in the product, what was misleading in the product description etc.) we will consider refunding the amount paid, reduced by the banking fees charged to us.
